All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order. We accept payment through our secure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and Revolut Payment Gateway).
2.3 Product Information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but the digital previews are intended to show the structure and shape only. The actual appearance, including finish and reflectivity, may vary slightly from the digital preview.
2.4 Personalized Content
You are responsible for the content you submit to create your personalized sculpture. By submitting content, you:
- Confirm you have the right to use and share this content
- Grant us a limited license to use your content solely to create your sculpture
- Understand we will delete your content after 30 days
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Personifi3d Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. Our proprietary process for creating metal-finished sculptures is also our intellectual property.
3.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, you grant us a limited license to use, modify, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of creating your sculpture and, with your explicit permission, for marketing purposes.
3.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback on our products or services, you grant us the right to use this feedback without restriction or compensation.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Times
We aim to deliver products within the timeframes indicated on our website. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance which can cause delays beyond our control.
4.2 Risk and Title
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you once we receive full payment.

We warrant that our sculptures will be crafted with reasonable skill and care and will be substantially similar in structure to the approved digital preview.

You warrant that any content you submit does not infringe on any third party’s rights and is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
8. Privacy

9. Changes to Terms
