Production Timeframes

Before shipping, we need to create your one-of-a-kind sculpture:

  • Production Time: 2-5 business days from approval of your preview
  • Production status: You’ll receive email updates as your sculpture progresses

Shipping Options & Timeframes

United Kingdom

  • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days after product completion (£5.95)
  • Express Delivery: Next business day after product completion (£9.95)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over £150 qualify for free standard delivery

European Union

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days after product completion (£12.95)
  • Express Delivery: 1-3 business days after product completion (£19.95)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over £200 qualify for free standard delivery

International (Rest of World)

  • Standard Delivery: 7-14 business days after product completion (£24.95)
  • Express Delivery: 3-7 business days after product completion (£34.95)
  • Free Shipping: Orders over £250 qualify for free standard delivery

Tracking Your Order

Once your sculpture ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to follow your package’s journey

When ordering from outside the UK, please be aware:
